Draft release notes for version [VERSION] from these resolved Jira issues: [ISSUE_LIST]. Audience: [AUDIENCE]. Tone: [TONE]. Date: [RELEASE_DATE]. Show issue keys at the end in square brackets only if the audience can see them: [SHOW_KEYS].

Group changes under New, Improved, Fixed and Known issues, ordered within each group by how many users are likely to notice them. Write in present tense and active voice from the user's point of view in one or two sentences, avoiding internal jargon and words such as 'seamless' or 'powerful'. Translate technical titles by describing what the user can now do; if you cannot tell from the text, list the item under 'needs clarification', not in the notes. For fixes say what was wrong and what is different. Leave out purely internal work and list what you omitted so I can confirm. Mark any change needing user action as Action required with steps. Do not claim benefits the issue text does not support.

Output Markdown for a help centre, a plain-text version of 60 words for an email, and a Confluence-ready version with headings and bullet lists.

Invented items. New: you can now download invoices as PDF. Improved: the order list loads faster for accounts with many orders. Fixed: discount codes no longer block checkout when applied twice. Known issue: PDF invoices show prices without tax for orders before March. Left out (internal): upgrade of a test library, refactoring of the payment module. Action required: none. Short version (60 words) for an email: 'This release adds PDF invoices, speeds up order lists and fixes a discount code problem. One known issue: older invoices omit tax.'
