Document a user flow. Task the user is performing: [TASK]. Entry points: [ENTRY_POINTS]. System behavior known: [SYSTEM_BEHAVIOR]. Produce: a numbered step list of the main path (user action, system response, screen); branches for decisions and errors; a text flow diagram with arrows; a table of screens and purpose; a list of entry and exit points; permissions and variants (new versus returning users); and metrics at each step (drop-off, time). Add questions to resolve ambiguity, a checklist for completeness (no dead ends, every error has a recovery, every state reachable), and a short summary a stakeholder can read in a minute. Include an accessibility check (focus order, labels). Use only the details provided; mark assumptions [VERIFY]. Describe the happy path first, then each branch as 'at step N, if X, then Y'. Add a table of the error states and the message shown for each, and mark steps where the user could abandon, with a suggestion for measuring each.
