Create a launch readiness checklist. Product or feature: [PRODUCT_FEATURE]. Launch date and type (silent, beta, full): [DATE_TYPE]. Teams involved: [TEAMS].

Group checks by product (quality, performance, accessibility), operations (support training, runbooks, monitoring), legal and privacy (terms, privacy review, marked [VERIFY] with counsel), marketing and communication, data (tracking, dashboards), and rollout (flags, rollback). For each give owner, evidence needed, and status. Include a go/no-go meeting agenda and criteria with thresholds. Provide a launch-day timeline and a post-launch review schedule at day 1, 7 and 30.

Add a risk rating for each check that tells the team which items would block launch and which are acceptable to defer with a plan, and a rollback plan summary. Include a template for the go/no-go decision record and a list of the people who must be reachable on launch day, with backup contacts.

Add a worked go/no-go record for an invented feature launch, showing each group of checks with owner, evidence, status (green, amber, red), and the rule applied: any red in quality or legal blocks the launch, amber items need a dated plan. Include the decision recorded, signatures and the time of the meeting. Label it an illustration. Add a launch-day runbook with hour-by-hour entries for the first four hours (deploy, smoke test, flag ramp, first metrics check, support briefing), a list of dashboards to watch with thresholds I set, and a defined rollback trigger. Close with the day-one, day-seven and day-thirty review questions, and a rule for who may call a rollback without waiting for a meeting.

Also add a quick list of the top five launch risks for a typical product of this kind and the early warning sign for each, so that the team knows what to watch in the first hours. Include a communication template for telling customers about known limitations at launch.
