Live Stream Run-of-Show Script
Plan a live broadcast that runs smoothly.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Create a run-of-show for a live stream. Stream topic, goal, and length: [TOPIC_GOAL_LENGTH]. Platform and tools: [PLATFORM_AND_TOOLS]. Hosts and guests: [HOSTS_AND_GUESTS]. Audience interaction plans (chat, polls, Q and A, giveaways): [INTERACTION_PLANS]. Sponsors or promotions: [SPONSORS]. Return a table: Time | Segment | What happens | Who speaks | Screens, graphics, or media | Audience interaction | Producer notes. Include: a pre-show slate and countdown (5 minutes), a strong opening (promise and agenda), housekeeping (rules, captions, how to ask questions), content blocks of 10 to 15 minutes with a reset moment, a mid-stream recap for people who arrive late, Q and A with a way to pick and read questions, a closing summary with the call to action, and a post-show wrap. Add: a technical checklist (internet speed, backup connection, audio levels, lighting, scene setup, test stream, recording backup); chat moderation plan (rules, moderators, handling spam and abuse, banned words list); a plan for technical failure (a holding screen, a script for returning); accessibility (live captions if available, readable on-screen text); legal checks (music, guest releases, giveaway rules and disclosure [VERIFY locally]); and a debrief template with metrics (peak and average concurrent viewers, chat messages, retention). Write the opening script (60 seconds) and the closing script (45 seconds).
