Episode to Short Clips Plan (Table)
Find clip-worthy moments and package them.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Turn my episode into short clips. Transcript with timestamps: [PASTE_TRANSCRIPT_WITH_TIMESTAMPS]. Platforms: [PLATFORMS]. Audience: [AUDIENCE]. Return a table of 8 clip ideas with columns: Clip number, Start and end timestamps (only from the transcript), Why it works (story, strong claim, advice, humor), Hook text for the first 2 seconds, On-screen caption (max 12 words), Description (under 150 characters), Hashtags (3), and Risk (needs context, sensitive, factual claim to check). Rules: choose moments that stand alone without the earlier discussion; each clip 20 to 60 seconds; avoid editing that misrepresents the speaker's meaning; flag clips involving guests who must approve their use. Rank the clips by expected usefulness and explain the criteria. Then add a posting schedule for the week, a standard template for end screens or calls to action, and suggestions for captioning (accuracy checks, accessible fonts). Ask which clip I think best represents the episode. Keep the table readable on a phone screen by using short cells, and list any clip that would need the guest's approval at the bottom so nothing is posted by mistake.
