The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Write a monthly marketing report. Period and goals: [PERIOD_AND_GOALS]. Metrics this month and last month: [METRICS]. Activities carried out: [ACTIVITIES]. Budget and spend: [BUDGET_AND_SPEND]. Structure: a summary in four sentences; a table of metrics with change in amount and percentage, calculated by you; what likely caused each major change, with a label of evidence strength (direct, plausible or speculative); what we will do next month; and risks. Do not claim that an activity caused a result without evidence. Show arithmetic. Include a section called What the numbers cannot tell us. Keep to one page and mark gaps in my data as questions. Add an example sentence for each evidence label: direct, the discount code used in 40 of 60 orders; plausible, traffic rose after the newsletter went out; speculative, the rise may have come from the holiday. Provide a simple rule for what goes in the summary: only direct and plausible explanations. Add a closing line stating the single decision the report should inform this month.
