The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Prepare a career development conversation. The employee's role, tenure, and aspirations as I understand them: [EMPLOYEE_PROFILE]. Opportunities available in our organization: [OPPORTUNITIES]. Skills gaps: [SKILL_GAPS].
Create: a set of 10 open questions (what parts of the job give you energy? what would you like to learn? where do you see yourself in two to three years? what would stop you from staying?); a script for opening (40 words) that makes clear this is exploration, not a promise; a development plan template (goal, skills to build, actions such as projects, courses, mentoring, shadowing, timeline, support); and a list of low-cost growth options.
Add honest-language guidance for when I cannot offer a promotion ("Here's what I can do and what I can't promise"), a follow-up email (90 words), and a quarterly check-in routine. Warn against making commitments about pay or promotion without authority. Include a note about being fair in who gets development opportunities.
