Recognition and Praise Messages
Make appreciation specific.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Write recognition messages. Employees and what they did: [ACCOMPLISHMENTS]. The impact on the team or customers: [IMPACT]. Channel (public message, private note, team meeting): [CHANNEL]. Company culture and tone: [CULTURE]. For each person write: a public recognition (60 words) with the specific action, the impact, and the value it shows; a private note (50 words) with a personal touch; and, for significant achievements, a manager letter for their file (80 words). Examples of improvement: Before "Thanks for your hard work." After "Thank you for staying until the delivery was confirmed on Thursday. Because of you, the Martins order arrived on time and the client renewed." Add guidance on fairness (spread recognition across the team, including quieter contributors), on not overpraising, and on preferences (some people prefer private recognition). Provide a recognition tracker (person, date, reason) to spot who is missed, and a monthly recognition ritual idea. Offer two tone options for each message (warm and brief, or more formal) and a guideline on how many words to use per channel, such as under 40 for chat and under 80 for email.

Public (about 55 words): "Thank you, Leila. Last Thursday you stayed to confirm the delivery for Martins & Co., even after your shift ended. Because of that the order arrived on time and they renewed for another year. That is the care we want our customers to feel." Private note (about 45 words): "Leila, I noticed how calm you were on the phone with the Martins team. They told me. Thank you for making a tough day easier for everyone." Manager letter for file (about 70 words) records the date, the action, and the result. Tone options: warm and brief (chat, under 40 words) or formal (email, under 80). Tracker: person, date, reason.
