Build an interview question bank. Competencies we hire for: [COMPETENCIES]. Roles: [ROLES]. Seniority levels: [LEVELS].

Use my competencies plus any of these that fit: communication, problem solving, collaboration, ownership, adaptability, customer focus, planning. For each competency write four items: a behavioral question for juniors, a behavioral question for seniors, a situational question, and a set of three follow-up probes.

Output format:
1. A table: Competency | Level | Question | Listen for (specific actions, results, ownership, learning) | Red flag (vague answers, taking credit for team work, blaming others, no reflection) | Probe.
2. A short guide to choosing questions for a given role: pick four or five competencies and ask every candidate the same ones.
3. A note on adjusting for candidates with less formal work experience by using volunteering, study, or caring.
4. Five questions never to ask in [JURISDICTION] [VERIFY], with the safer alternative for each.
Do not invent roles beyond those given.
