The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Plan a workshop for a team in conflict. Team size and context: [TEAM_CONTEXT]. Symptoms (silence, blame, factions): [SYMPTOMS]. Prior attempts: [PRIOR_ATTEMPTS]. Time available: [TIME].
First suggest a short anonymous pre-survey of 6 questions to understand issues, and say how to summarize results without exposing individuals. Then design a half-day workshop: purpose and ground rules; shared facts timeline; sharing impact statements ("When X happened, I felt/was affected by..."); identify themes; interests behind positions; agreements on behaviors (start, stop, continue); action plan with owners; and a follow-up in 30 days.
Include facilitation scripts for tense moments, a list of when to stop and bring in an external facilitator or HR (allegations of harassment or abuse), a confidentiality guideline, and a measure of progress using the same survey. Warn against forcing public apologies or making the workshop a blame session.
Provide the six-question pre-survey, the timed agenda for the half day, the ground rules to read aloud, and a one-page agreement template, plus a plan for what the manager does in the week after the workshop.
Please use the output as a draft only; it is not legal or HR advice. Run all legal, contractual or policy content past an employment lawyer or HR professional who works in [JURISDICTION] first.
