Score the lesson from 1 to 5 on each criterion, with evidence from what I wrote:
1. Clarity of objective and success criteria for students.
2. Alignment between objective, tasks, and assessment.
3. Engagement and thinking: were students doing the thinking?
4. Explanation and modeling: clear, with examples.
5. Practice: enough, at the right difficulty, with feedback.
6. Differentiation and access.
7. Time use and transitions.
8. Check for understanding and responsiveness to the results.
9. Classroom climate.
10. Learning outcome: how many students met the objective, by the evidence.
Return the scorecard, three strengths, three improvements ranked by impact, and a revised plan for the weakest part. Include questions to reflect on ("What did students find hardest and why?"), a plan for reteaching tomorrow, and a record to keep for next year. Don't judge beyond the evidence I gave, and suggest ways to gather better evidence next time (student voice, peer observation).
