Dashboard Metrics and Chart Specification Table
Specify every tile so it can be built and tested.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Write the specification for each tile on my dashboard so a developer can build it and a tester can check it. Dashboard purpose: [PURPOSE]. Tiles or questions: [TILES_OR_QUESTIONS]. Data sources and tables: [DATA_SOURCES]. Refresh schedule: [REFRESH_SCHEDULE]. Output format, one row per tile in a table: Tile | Question it answers | Metric definition and formula | Source table and fields | Filters and default | Chart type | Comparison (target, previous period) | Thresholds and colors (with wording, not color alone) | Refresh | Owner | Test case. Below the table, give: the definitions of any shared terms (active customer, order, revenue net or gross) with exactly one definition each; three test cases per metric with small invented data and the expected value; the edge cases (no data for a filter, partial period, time zones, late-arriving data); the empty state wording; and a list of metrics that should not appear on the same dashboard because their definitions differ. Mark every definition you had to assume as [VERIFY].
