Review my chart against a rubric. Chart image description or code: [CHART_DESCRIPTION_OR_CODE]. Data source and what the chart claims: [SOURCE_AND_CLAIM]. Audience: [AUDIENCE].

Score each criterion from 1 to 5, quote the evidence, and give one fix:
1. Message: the title states a finding the data supports.
2. Chart type fits the question.
3. Axes: honest baseline, labeled units, sensible range, no dual-axis trick.
4. Data-ink: no decoration that carries no information.
5. Labels: direct labels, readable size, no overlap.
6. Color: purposeful, accessible, consistent meaning.
7. Context: comparison, target, or benchmark where needed.
8. Honesty: sample size, uncertainty, missing data, and definitions shown.
9. Provenance: source, date, and method note.
10. Accessibility: alt text, not color-only, readable on a phone.
Present a table with the scores and a total out of 50. State the thresholds (45 or more publish, 35 to 44 revise, below 35 redo) and that they are judgments. List the three changes that would raise the score most and what to do if my data does not support the title I wanted.
