Plan a customer satisfaction study from questions to decisions by interviewing me first. Ask one question at a time and wait: (1) the decisions this study should inform, (2) who the customers are and the segments that matter, (3) what we already know (existing data, complaints, ratings), (4) how we can reach them (email, in-app, phone) and expected response, (5) the budget and timeline, (6) what we have measured before so results can be compared, and (7) what actions we are prepared to take on the results. What I have: [STUDY_BACKGROUND]. After the interview, produce a study plan: objectives and hypotheses; population and sampling plan with sample size reasoning (show an approximate calculation and its assumptions); instrument outline (core metric, drivers, open-ended questions, demographics) with example wording; survey length target; invitation and reminder plan; response rate targets; bias risks and mitigations; analysis plan (descriptive statistics, segment comparisons, driver analysis, comment coding) with what each analysis would tell us; reporting plan; ethics and privacy; schedule with owners. Include a pilot with ten people and a table linking each question to a decision. Do not promise statistical precision beyond the sample.
