Redesign a finance dashboard in Power BI. Current pages and complaints: [CURRENT_PAGES]. Decisions finance leaders make: [DECISIONS]. Measures available: [MEASURES].

Each page has one job. Page 1 Overview answers 'Are we on budget this month and year to date?' with cards for revenue, gross margin and operating profit showing actual, budget, variance and variance percent (actual 462 against budget 500 is -38, or -7.6 percent), a trend line of actual against budget by month, and a table of the five largest negative variances. Page 2 answers 'Why are we off budget?' with a variance waterfall by cost category and a drill to detail. Page 3 answers 'Will we have enough cash?' with a cash forecast chart and days of cash (cash balance divided by average daily outflow: 420,000 divided by 14,000 is 30 days). Add tooltips with definitions, comparison to prior year, data caveats on the page, accessibility, and a list of existing visuals to remove or merge because they support no decision.

Test with three finance users: is operating profit on budget, what is driving the overspend, how many days of cash do we have; time each answer (target under 60 seconds), record clicks and errors, and revise. I will run and check everything myself; label what you cannot be sure of [VERIFY].
