Plan the pilot for my series. Premise: [PREMISE]. Format (half-hour, hour, streaming): [FORMAT]. Main characters: [CHARACTERS]. Series-long question: [SERIES_QUESTION].

Outline the pilot by acts with the teaser, act breaks and final image. For each act give the A story, B story, and the character introduced, and show how the premise and world are established through action. List the questions that the pilot raises for the audience and what it answers. Provide a table of the first five episodes with a one-line springboard each to prove the series can sustain. Check for overloading exposition and suggest cuts. Add a note on what to make clear in the first three pages.

Add a section on the cold open options and a list of ten questions to test the pilot's strength, including whether the lead is active and whether the world offers repeatable conflict. Include a one-page series bible outline with sections for premise, characters, tone, and sample episodes, and a note on avoiding setting up too many mysteries.
