Write GitHub issue templates and a pull request template for [PROJECT_NAME]. What the project does and who uses it: [PROJECT_SUMMARY]. Types of issue we receive (bug, feature request, question, security concern): [ISSUE_TYPES]. Reviewers and their expectations: [REVIEWER_EXPECTATIONS]. Tests and checks we run: [CHECKS].

Give each template as a Markdown block with the file name to use in the .github folder, short enough that people complete it, and with a friendly introduction that explains what happens after an issue is filed. Bug template: summary, steps to reproduce, expected and actual behaviour, version and environment, logs (reminding people to remove secrets and personal data) and screenshots. Feature request: the problem, who is affected, alternatives considered and acceptance criteria. Security concern: collect no details publicly; point to a private reporting route and write the message explaining it [VERIFY the feature name and setup]. Pull request: what and why, linked issue, how it was tested, risks and rollback, screenshots and a short checklist.

Give an equivalent issue form in YAML only if you are confident of the structure, marked [VERIFY against the GitHub documentation for issue forms]; do not claim features I have not described and mark syntax for forms and automation as unverified. Every field must help someone act. Suggest labels to apply automatically and a polite message for closing issues that lack information after 14 days.

Rollout: add the templates in a pull request, announce them in three lines, and review after a month with two measures (share of pull requests with a why and a test note, median review rounds), removing rarely used fields. Add text for a contributor guide link and a welcome comment for first-time contributors, and keep templates accessible with plain headings and no reliance on emoji for meaning.
