Reduce a large failing case to the smallest example.

The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.

Help me reduce a large failing case to the smallest example. Ask me these questions one at a time and wait: (1) what is the exact error or wrong behavior, (2) what did I expect, (3) language, framework, and versions, (4) how to trigger it step by step, (5) whether it happens every time, (6) what I changed just before it started, (7) which files or inputs seem involved, and (8) what I have already ruled out.

What I have: [FAILURE_DESCRIPTION_AND_CODE].

After the interview, guide me through reduction in rounds. For each round, tell me exactly what to remove or replace (for example "delete the database call and return a fixed object"), what result to expect, and what each outcome means: IF the problem disappears THEN the removed part is involved, restore half of it; IF it remains THEN keep the part removed. Use a binary-search approach on files, functions, inputs, and configuration.

At the end, produce the minimal reproduction: a short code listing and the commands to run, the observed and expected results, the environment details, and a bug report template that a maintainer could use. Also suggest a regression test that captures the case. Do not guess the cause until the example is small.
