Confluence Retrospective Page With Voting Summary
Capture retrospective comments, votes and follow-up actions.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Create a retrospective page from these inputs. Comments by column or theme: [RETRO_COMMENTS]. Votes per comment: [VOTES]. Team name and dates covered: [TEAM_AND_DATES]. Actions agreed: [ACTIONS]. Previous actions: [PREVIOUS_ACTIONS]. Show what went well, what did not, what we will try, a voting table sorted by votes, and an action table with Action, Owner, Measure and Review date. Group similar comments and total the votes with the arithmetic shown, for example three comments with 4, 3 and 2 votes total 9 votes for that theme. Keep the team's own words where possible and say when you merged two comments. State clearly when only one person raised a theme. Do not name the author of a comment, and rewrite any comment that names a person so it describes the behaviour or process, keeping the language blame-free. Add a Last time section marking each previous action done, in progress or dropped. Use a heading for each section and a table for votes so it looks right as a Confluence page. Close with a one-line prompt for the facilitator: which action will we check first next time?
