Write a brainstorming prompt. The problem or topic: [PROBLEM_OR_TOPIC]. Constraints (budget, time, audience, tools, things already tried): [CONSTRAINTS]. Criteria for a good idea: [CRITERIA].

Create a prompt with these parts:
1. A clear statement of the problem and the constraints.
2. A request for 20 ideas in four groups, each group using a different technique: obvious ideas, ideas from other industries, ideas that reverse an assumption ("what if we did the opposite?"), and low-cost experiments.
3. A requirement that ideas be different from each other, with a one-line description and a note on the biggest risk.
4. A second pass: score the ideas against my criteria in a table (1 to 5) with arithmetic, and pick the best five.
5. For the top five: the smallest test I could run this week, what result would prove it works, and what could go wrong.
6. A list of ideas that sound good but violate a constraint, and why.

Provide an example mini-run for a different topic (so I see the format), tips for iterating (feed back what I liked and disliked), and a caution that brainstorming output should be checked for feasibility, legality, and originality. Do not claim any idea is proven to work.

Problem: low attendance at free workshops. Constraints: budget 200, 4 weeks, local audience.
Ideas (excerpt)
Obvious: email reminders. Other industries: "pay what you want" ticketing from theaters. Reverse assumption: hold the workshop at the audience's workplace. Low-cost experiment: ask 10 past attendees to bring one friend.
Scores (1-5) for impact, cost, speed: workplace session 4/5/3 = 12.
Top five and tests: workplace session - ask 3 companies this week; success: 2 say yes.
Rejected: paid ads (exceeds budget). Feasibility check before trying anything: legality (permits for workplace sessions), originality (not copied from a competitor), and cost. Next iteration: feed back which ideas you liked and why, then ask for ten variations on the winners. Brainstorming output is raw material, not a plan.

Illustrative only, made-up data. Your results will differ and must be reviewed.
