Find the plugins and queries that slow a CMS site. Platform and version: [CMS_AND_VERSION]. Hosting: [HOSTING]. Symptoms and timings (time to first byte, admin speed, front-end pages): [SYMPTOMS]. Plugin and theme list: [PLUGIN_LIST]. Slow query log or profiler output, if available: [PROFILER_OUTPUT].

Take the problem through this tree:
1. Is the slowness on the server (time to first byte high) or in the browser (large assets, scripts)? Only continue with server-side if the first.
2. Is caching in place (page cache, object cache, opcache)? IF not THEN enable and retest before deeper work.
3. Disable plugins one at a time in a staging copy and measure; list the order of testing with the heaviest suspects first. Identify duplicates in function (two SEO plugins).
4. Check the database: table sizes, autoloaded options, post revisions, expired transients, orphaned data, missing indexes on frequent queries. Provide safe queries to measure (read-only first) and warnings to back up before any cleanup.
5. Check background tasks, cron jobs, and external API calls on page load.
6. Check hosting limits (memory, PHP workers or equivalent, database resources).

Output a ranked findings table with measurement method, expected gain, risk, and rollback. Never run cleanup queries on production without a tested backup.
