FAQ Page Audit Against Real Questions
Check that the FAQ answers what customers actually ask.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Audit my FAQ page. Current FAQ text: [FAQ_TEXT]. A list of real customer questions from emails and calls: [REAL_QUESTIONS]. Policies and facts that are fixed: [POLICIES]. Compare the FAQ with the real questions: which are answered, partly answered or missing, and which FAQ items nobody asks. Check that answers begin with the answer, match actual policy, link to the next step, and are up to date. Flag questions written as marketing. Return a gap table with Question, Status, Fix and Priority, a score from 1 to 10 for usefulness, and five new FAQ entries drafted only from facts I supplied. Policy statements must be confirmed by the person who owns them [VERIFY]. Add a sorting of the questions by customer stage, such as before buying, during delivery and after sale, and a suggestion for where each should also appear on the site. Suggest a quarterly process for turning new support questions into FAQ entries.
