Review images, video, and audio for text alternatives and captions. Pages or media list with context: [PAGES_AND_MEDIA]. Current alt text and captions, if any: [CURRENT_ALTERNATIVES]. Audience and purpose of the media: [AUDIENCE_AND_PURPOSE].

For each item, check the following and mark Pass, Fail, or Needs review:
IMAGES
[ ] Informative images have alt text that conveys the purpose, not just the appearance
[ ] Decorative images have empty alt text
[ ] Images that are links or buttons describe the destination or action
[ ] Charts and diagrams have a short alt text plus a longer description or data table nearby
[ ] Images of text are avoided or fully transcribed
[ ] Alt text is concise (usually under 125 characters) and does not begin with "image of"
VIDEO AND AUDIO
[ ] Captions are accurate, synchronized, and include speaker names and meaningful sounds
[ ] A transcript is available
[ ] Audio description or a described version covers important visual information
[ ] Players are keyboard accessible, with labeled controls
[ ] No autoplay with sound; animation can be paused

Return a table: Item | Context | Current | Issue | Suggested alt text or action. Write suggestions only from the context I provided and mark anything I must confirm by looking at the image as [CHECK IMAGE]. Add a content-team guide with examples of good and poor alt text.
