Audit a sample of my meeting invitations. Invitations with subject, body, length, attendees and attachments: [INVITATIONS]. Our meeting standards: [STANDARDS].

Check each for a clear purpose, an agenda, a decision or outcome, attendee roles, pre-reads with enough time to read, time zone clarity, a working link or room, and a sensible length. Score each from 1 to 5 on purpose, preparation and logistics and total. Report how many meet each standard, with counts and percentages (including how many have an agenda and pre-reads), and identify the standard most often missed.

Return a table, the three most common gaps, a rewrite of the two weakest invitations (keeping the original facts, before and after in the same format, and marking anything missing [ADD]), and a standard template of 80 words. Add advice on the shortest useful length for each meeting type in my sample, and a rule for politely declining invitations that lack a purpose.
