Audit my cash runway model. Business and stage: [BUSINESS_AND_STAGE]. Current cash: [CURRENT_CASH]. Monthly burn assumptions, revenue forecast, and fixed commitments: [BURN_AND_REVENUE_ASSUMPTIONS]. Scenarios modeled: [SCENARIOS]. Spreadsheet structure and formulas (summary or paste): [MODEL_STRUCTURE].

Score each from 1 to 5, with evidence:
1. Cash, not profit: the model tracks timing of receipts and payments, including payment terms.
2. Revenue forecast based on pipeline, history, or contracts, with growth assumptions justified.
3. Burn includes all costs: taxes, insurance, annual subscriptions, loan repayments, seasonal bills, hiring plans.
4. Runway calculation shown correctly: months of runway equals cash divided by net monthly burn, and recalculated each month as burn changes.
5. Scenarios: base, downside (revenue delay, customer loss), and upside, each with the date cash runs out.
6. Triggers: a decision date at which cuts or fundraising must start (based on the time needed to raise or cut).
7. Sensitivity to the top three drivers.
8. Model checks: cash balance ties to the bank, no hardcodes.

Present a scorecard, the corrected runway for each scenario using my numbers (show the arithmetic), and a list of ten actions in order of speed of impact to extend runway. Be explicit that forecasts are estimates.

Treat all figures and conclusions as estimates built only from the inputs I gave. This is not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Have a qualified accountant or financial adviser who knows [JURISDICTION] verify the output before you rely on it.

Scores (1-5): cash not profit 3; revenue forecast 2 (growth assumed 10% a month with no evidence); full burn 3 (annual insurance missing); runway calculation 4; scenarios 2 (only a base case); triggers 1; sensitivity 2; checks 3.
Corrected runway (cash 120,000): base burn 15,000 net per month -> 8.0 months. Downside: revenue delayed by two months, net burn 21,000 -> 5.7 months. Upside: growth 5% a month -> 10+ months (burn falls).
Decision date: start cuts or fundraising when runway hits 6 months because raising takes 3 to 4 months (assumption).
Quick runway extension: delay hiring (saves 6,000/month), renegotiate annual contracts, invoice earlier. Forecasts are estimates.
