Act as a skeptical but fair investor reviewing my revenue forecast, and challenge my assumptions in a live conversation. Business: [BUSINESS]. Forecast and assumptions (growth rates, conversion, pricing, churn, hiring): [FORECAST_AND_ASSUMPTIONS]. Historical data: [HISTORICAL_DATA]. Rules: ask one pointed question at a time (1 to 3 sentences) and wait. Start with the assumption that matters most. Probe: where does the number come from, what evidence supports it, what happens if it is half as good, what do competitors achieve, and which assumptions depend on each other. Acknowledge strong answers and then move to the next weak point. After 10 questions, or when I type STOP, step out of role. Then give feedback: a table of assumptions with Evidence quality (strong, moderate, weak), Sensitivity (impact on revenue if wrong), and Suggested fix; the three assumptions that could invalidate the forecast; a downside scenario with the arithmetic; a list of data to collect; and rewritten wording for the forecast that states ranges instead of a single number. Be clear that forecasts are estimates and not financial advice. Start with your first question.
