Audit a sales dashboard. Description of each chart, metric definition, filter and data source: [DASHBOARD_DESCRIPTION]. Who uses it and what decisions follow: [USERS_DECISIONS]. Complaints about the numbers: [COMPLAINTS].

Check metric definitions against how the sales team counts them, date range defaults, filters that persist unexpectedly, double counting of deals, truncated axes, misleading chart types, colour use, and numbers that disagree with the source system.

Return a table with Element, Problem, Risk (red, amber, green) and Fix, a score from 1 to 10 for accuracy, clarity and usefulness, and a reconciliation test against five known deals.

Also write the definition of each metric in one sentence beside the chart, list the filters that must be reset before sharing, and suggest a quarterly check of the dashboard against a manual count from the source system.

Also check the dashboard for the questions it cannot answer, such as why deals are lost or how long they stay in each stage, and list the data that would be needed. Suggest a reconciliation each month with finance, using closed deals, and a short note beside each metric on who owns its definition and how to request a change.

Reconciliation test (invented, five known deals)
Known closed-won deals this month: 5, total 84,000. Dashboard shows 6 deals, 96,500.
Cause: one deal counted twice because it moved between regions; one 12,500 deal has a close date in the next month but status Won.
Filter issue: the date range persists from the last viewer (last quarter).
Chart: bar axis starts at 40,000 which exaggerates the gap between teams.
Definitions missing: "pipeline" includes deals with no activity for 60 days.
Fix: remove duplicates, correct the close date, reset the default range, start axes at zero, define each metric next to its chart.
