Audit the quality of cards on a Trello board. A sample of 25 cards with title, description, checklist items and progress, due date, members, labels and list: [CARD_SAMPLE]. The standard we want: [STANDARD]. Score each card from 1 to 5 on a title that starts with a verb and names the outcome, a description of what done looks like, a checklist of concrete steps, a due date where needed, an owner, and appropriate labels. Add up the scores, calculate the average for each criterion and the share of cards scoring 4 or above, with arithmetic. Identify the weakest criterion with examples of poor and better titles from the sample, and rewrite three of the weakest cards in the standard form. Note the limits of the sample; quality scoring is about cards, not the people who wrote them. Propose a card template (title pattern, description prompts, checklist starter) and a two-minute check before moving a card to In progress, with a one-week trial and a measure of whether fewer cards stall. Mark Trello feature names [VERIFY].
