Audit tool adoption. List of tools with licences, cost, active users, key features and the problem each was bought to solve: [TOOL_USAGE]. Staff comments: [COMMENTS]. Renewal dates: [RENEWALS].

Compare licences with active users, features used against paid for, and whether the original problem is solved. Identify tools to cut, train on or replace.

Return a table with Tool, Cost, Usage, Verdict (red, amber, green) and Action, savings estimated from my figures, and a training plan for the two tools worth keeping.

Also suggest asking each team what they would miss if a tool disappeared, how to avoid renewing by default, and how to negotiate based on actual use. Add a rule that every new tool has a named owner and a review date. Further, suggest a one-page guide to each retained tool covering what it is for, who owns it and where to get help.

Add a closing paragraph on what success will look like in four weeks, with two observable signs that I can check without special tools.
