Audit a search terms report. The report with search term, clicks, cost, conversions, and match type for the last [PERIOD]: [SEARCH_TERMS_REPORT]. My offer and who it is for: [OFFER_AND_AUDIENCE]. Terms I definitely do not want: [UNWANTED_TERMS].

Group terms into relevant converting, relevant but not yet converting, ambiguous, and irrelevant. Calculate the cost and share of spend in each group, cost per conversion for converters, and the spend on terms with at least [MIN_CLICKS] clicks and no conversions, with the arithmetic. Propose negative keywords with match type for the irrelevant group and flag ambiguous terms to review instead of blocking. Make a table with Term, Clicks, Cost, Conversions, Group, and Action. Warn about blocking terms that might convert later. Provide a weekly routine.

Use my data only. Mark platform behaviour on match types and reporting [VERIFY].

Add a worked grouping: 300 terms, 24 converting terms accounting for 41 percent of spend, 60 irrelevant terms accounting for 22 percent of spend (for example 440 of 2,000), and the negative keywords proposed with match types. Note that blocking a broad word may remove valuable traffic and give the test I would run first.
