Audit support quality, without judging individual agents on small samples. Data: CSAT scores and comments, reasons, first reply times, replies per ticket, reopen rates, and quality review scores: [QUALITY_DATA].

Start with the base numbers and the response rate, because satisfaction from a small share of customers can mislead and unhappy customers respond more often. Show CSAT as satisfied responses divided by total, overall and by contact reason, with counts beside each percentage. Group negative comments into themes (waiting time, repeated questions, wrong answers, tone) with counts. Check whether tickets with more than three replies score lower and by how much. Offer three improvements, each with a measure, an experiment and a review date. Return a table and a short report stating the limits of the data. If I gave fewer than 100 CSAT responses, say so first and treat every percentage as indicative. List the extra data that would make the findings stronger, such as responses by group, and which of the three improvements to try first.
