Audit the shared template library. List of templates with names, last edited, owner, usage counts if known and notes: [TEMPLATE_LIST].

Start with an inventory table: name, owner, last edited, uses, status. Find duplicates, outdated templates, unclear names, templates not on brand and unused ones. Calculate the share unused for six months and the number of near-duplicates, with arithmetic. Propose a naming pattern such as Channel - Purpose - Size - Version and rewrite ten current names as examples. Define three folders (approved, in progress, archive), who may move a template between them, and a way to mark templates approved for external use.

Plan the migration in four steps: freeze new templates for a week, agree the names, rename and move in batches of ten, and announce with a one-page guide. Estimate five minutes per template, for example 60 templates is 300 minutes or 5 hours. Archive rather than delete: keep a copy and ask owners before removing, with nothing deleted for 30 days. Add a quarterly review in which owners confirm their templates are still needed.
