Audit API monitoring alerts. Alert history for 30 days: time, endpoint, cause if known, who responded, time to resolve, and whether it was a real incident: [ALERT_HISTORY].

Show a table of alerts by cause with counts and the share that were real incidents (14 alerts of which 3 were real is 21 percent). Compute the median time to acknowledge and resolve, mention the longest, and repeated alerts for the same cause. State the sample size. Identify the checks that fired most and propose a change for each: raise the threshold, require two consecutive failures, or fix a flaky dependency. List gaps where users reported problems monitoring missed, and the check that would have caught each. Alert fatigue is a risk, so remove noise before adding checks.

Return a table and actions, with a target for the share of real alerts and a review date, plus a runbook. Keep the actions to three changes that remove the most noise, with the one to do first. Say what you could not judge from the history, such as whether quiet periods were really quiet.
