Learn from competitors' customer feedback using only public reviews that I paste (do not invent reviews or quote anyone by name). Competitors and products: [COMPETITORS]. Reviews (verbatim, with date and rating if available): [PASTE_REVIEWS]. My product: [MY_PRODUCT]. Tables: 1. Theme table: Theme | Competitor | Mentions | Positive or negative | Representative short quote | What customers want. 2. Praise patterns: what each competitor does that customers value. 3. Complaint patterns: recurring problems, with severity and frequency. 4. Unmet needs: things customers ask for that nobody delivers. 5. Language bank: words customers use to describe the problem and the benefit. 6. Opportunities: where my product is already stronger, where I am weaker, and three messages or product changes to test. Caveats: reviews skew to extreme experiences, may include fake or incentivized reviews, and rarely show the silent majority. Mark counts as approximate. Never copy review text into marketing without permission. Finish with five questions to ask in my own customer interviews.
